who was the guy who cut the holes in his hood?

i rember seeing a thread where a guy cut out the first 2 "triangles" on his 2g's hood. i am gonna do it but now i cant find the post. ive done alot of searches and ive even went 12 pages back and i cant find it. help me out guys
