Need help with racing seat

Well I got a free DAD racing seat and I want to pass emissions but I have a 93 talon tsi with the track slid seatbelt and I dont think I will pass safety with out having the lap belt do you think there is a way I could make all this work. I will rig the hell out of it all day long cause I know a 4 to 6 point harness will fail not dot legal dooh. Any help is appreciated thanks.

just throw your old seat in for a day hell borrow one of needed

Check the bolt where the DAD seat-back hinges. If it's like the Recaro clone I got it will be the same size as the one that attaches the lap belt reciever to the factory seat. Just attach that and run the lap belt without the guide. They'll probably pass you. Then go get a 4-5pt harness. It really will be safer if installed properly.
