How do you get the guage needles off

Do not take the needles off. There is no need to, plus you may ruin the unit. The gauges are flexible and you shopuld be able to manipulate them to slide over the needle through the hole in the center of the gauge.

ya prob dont need to remove the stock faces. the needles do come off - gently pull them evenly

OK....I ordered the 93 eclipse turbo reverse indiglows. (I assume they are the same for the Talon and they didn't have reverse glows for the eagle listed)

I assume they will be brighter if I take the stock black off. So I will be cutting them off. I see the holes are bigger on the indiglows so install should be easy.

use a fork. seriously. If you want to get the needles off, put a fork under them and pull up. the fork will lift from both sides for you. If you have cruise, drive slowly till cuise comes on and put the needle at 25mph. yeah your driving...but you can drive 25mph somewhere where there arn't any people. Ive done it many times and since cuise ends at 85mph i can confirm it didn't mess up the calibration or anything.
