how hard is it to convert 92-94 laser tails to 92-94 talon taillights, im considering buying a laser and i really hate the tail lights in them.
i bought a talon for that exact reason, i like the tail lights, but i keep finding lasers at good prices and if i get one i want talon talis

more or less im just wondering if the rear clip is the same, mainly the size of the hole the tail lights go in. is it the same size and shape? and if it isnt how much different is it? im trying to figire out exactly how much body modification it will take because i really cant afford to have a car repainted anytime soon, if its alot of molding ill just wait cause i dont want my rear and all primer
the wiring really doesnt concern me but if anyone has done this before and has any imput abot the wiring then i would appriciate hearing about it

Most likely your going to have to change the rear bumper to a Talon rear bumper. The tail lights blend in with it.

i knew that already, the talon rear liscense plate location is in the taillights, so the bumper would have to be changed to accomidate that, i can probally find a bumper in good condition to match the cars paint

what im trying to find out is if the outside corners and top edge of the taillights are the same size and shape
think of it like this, if i took off a laser rear bumper and tail lights, and set 92-94 talon tails into the hole (with no rear bumper cover)would it line up with the rear quarter panles and trunk lid? or would i have to do some cutting or molding to make it fit without any ugly gaps?
