stock radio help needed

today i took out my stock infinity radio.,,,now it asks for a code(which i have) the only prob is that its not holding any of the presets and everytime i get in the car and start it i have to re enter the code and reset my presets....also the dome lamp isnt working any help as too y....im gonna look more at it tomarrow

prolly blew a fuse or forgot to connect the memory cable....check fuses first and then double check the harness....if everything checks out ok, make a memory cable urself....run a cable from the radio to the fusebox and connect it to one of the fuses thats always on even when car is turned off....dome-light for example....hope this helps...

ps. usually the yellow cable with the fuse is the memory....

oh almost forgot to ask...what about only turning on to accessory, after the car was running? all the presets still there then or are they already gone? if it doesnt erase em till to start the car ur "shorting" something out it seems....

thanx for ur help...i went and checked the fuses in the engine bay fuse box and the radio interior light fuses where in this wierd yellow box thing holding them both in together...i hope u know what im talking about...anyways i took that out and replaced both fuses now the dome light works and i hope i figured out the radio

ya im sure i figured it all out...ive only had this car for a couple weeks and i already love it....im starting to think bout turboing it
