Alrite, I crackd my drift front couple days ago.
Ripped all the wholes and little crack near the mouth opening.
I just picked up a stock bumper yesterday and planning on
getting carbon fiber lip, but before I do anything, I wanted to
see how much it would cost to refiberglass and repaint my
front bumper. If anyone has ran into this situation and know
how much it cost, let me know. thanks

Fixing a fiberglass bumper is pretty easy, and all it requires is a little bit of love and good old fashioned work. That and some fiberglass, some sanding blocks, and resin.

Is the front like, totally destroyed? Or is it just cracked in a few places, with maybe a few chunks gone (like quarter-half dollar size)?

None of the bumper is gone, its juss bit cracked in places.

Also Ed, my bad luck has continued and the stock bumper that I just
picked up fell off while I was on the highway and dragged it for how
long ever...=( Isn't it just my great luck w/ my car..

Oh man, if it's just cracked, you can do it easily at home. Search around for fiberglass repair on here or the web, and they'll give you a complete rundown on what's needed, and how to do it properly. It's one of the benefits of fiberglass, is the ease to fix.

When in doubt, just sand it smooth.

Unless you've got hookups, you'll be charged a grip to fix something that you can do in one nice day in a driveway.
