I was thinking of doing my lamps like these..kinda bmw745'ish...i did it in photoshop quick..tell me what u think

Don't do it. On a black car I definatly think it would look the best if it was just black all the way across the back.
 
think i should try gettin my stock lites..thin the paint on half to make it clear..n do that? kinda like the old 'ludes?

Is it really possable to take apart the stock lights and thin out the paint and get the replectors clear???
 
no not like that lude..the 2000 type..i seen an eclipse with the lites like that on this page..ill look for it

idk who it is or how he did it..but m y best friend is a painter and he said you could thin it..just tape off the other sections really good..ill try it on my stocks ths weekend..but i was thinkng...the reflector behind the stocks isnt shiny lik my clears..so i wonder if he had the clears..and painted some clear red on it
