New TAIL LAMPS

I was thinking of doing my lamps like these..kinda bmw745'ish...i did it in photoshop quick..tell me what u think

Don't do it. On a black car I definatly think it would look the best if it was just black all the way across the back.

good idea, I wont go black though. black tail lights or sorta old school.
I personally will do have red half clear

think i should try gettin my stock lites..thin the paint on half to make it clear..n do that? kinda like the old 'ludes?

Is it really possable to take apart the stock lights and thin out the paint and get the replectors clear???

I acually think that looks pretty nice and original. Hmm, mabey if I had the time...
Is just thinner used to get the red out?

idk who it is or how he did it..but m y best friend is a painter and he said you could thin it..just tape off the other sections really good..ill try it on my stocks ths weekend..but i was thinkng...the reflector behind the stocks isnt shiny lik my clears..so i wonder if he had the clears..and painted some clear red on it
