Please help! None of my lights turn off when cars off

So I just installed an aftermarket stereo and its works fine, but now my head lights, tail lights, or any of my interior lights turn off.. I have no idea what's wrong could I have wired it wrong or could it be something else?

Check all your fuses, and recheck your wiring work you may have a problem along those lines.

Agreed; if the lights lead is shorted to ground anywhere, then the lights may not go off.

If that doesn't fix it, you may have a bad head unit.
