I have 2 2G's, one is a 97 Esi I'mn building and the other is my donor 95 Esi. I want to take the doors off the 95 and bolt them onto the 97. This should work right? If so, how do I get them off? Also, the 95 is power everything and the 97 is bare bones manual. Someone told me that the wiring is the same for both cars and that all I have to do is plug in the power windows and all that when I bolt in the new doors. Does anyone know if this is true? Or do I have to cut into the 97's harness?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Push up the dowel pin on the door stopper and unbolt that and push it inside the door unplug the wires and take off the two hinges holding the door.

The door is heavy too.

Okay cool, so that takes off the door. Awesome! Do you know if the new door's wiring will just plug into the 97's harness?
