1gA headlight fab, non flip up

So, I'm trying to mount a driving light to the skinny 1gA headlights. Basically I'd like to make something that is actually usable as a headlight. Now, the car won't see any street time, but I would like something "just in case" This means it has to not be blinding to oncoming cars, as if I'm in such a situation to need them, I probably want to attract as little attention as possible.

I was just wondering if anyone else had done this in the skinny plastic housings and from what vehicle did they scavenge the parts.

Ebay actually has some decent and cheap H4 replacements that include bulbs. I bought the larger 4 x 6 lights for $50 for both.

But those would actually be for the flip up lights right? I'm looking to stick a light in JUST the skinny plastic housing.

I bought a set of PIAA driving lights and fabbed a small plate for them to sit on right behind the lenses, works good, its all i have.
