you have to make the fender flares a little more round. They kind of square off on the top. other then that i say it looks pretty good.

Its funny how people (assumingly) buy a car for the way it looks then drastically change that look after they bought it.

I think that you are going to have to do more engine mods just to get that thing to move from a dead stop, much less "feel" like it was. That is going to be one heavy sucka!!! Good luck with it.

Yea... I think it's funny how people (assumingly) buy a car for the way it performs and then drastically change the way it performs after they bought it.

This may come as a shock to you, it did me when I first found out. Some people don't care about horsepower or 0-60 times. Some people just wanna be flashy and have people stare in bewilderment. In the end its his car and he can do as he pleases.

<--- Drives a slow FWD car now.

Let me clear a few things up here.... I do care about horsepower and 0-60 times and quater mile times. Im not gonna leave that amazing 4G63 stock, I have in the works a 2.4L stroker kit along with a 20G turbo , a great FMIC and all the other mods that I will need to reach my horsepower goal. I just want my car to be a complete car with every part of it perfect. Any-way I did some math on what it would cost to do it right: $2710 for uber wide rims/tires, $3400 for paint-job and an est. of $750 for the custom rounding and molding, $590 for the custom gaint turbo wing. So as you can see it would cost $7450 just to put the thing on. Thats not including the $1400 for the kit. I bought my GST with 48k miles on it for $7200......... Long story short; I'm not getting the kit for now. After I finish my engine build I will think about it again, but the fact that I could buy another 2G GST or GSX for the same amount as what it would cost to just put it on and get rims, has me scratching my head. And thinking: "What was I thinking."

Honest opinion.

That center fang on the kits front bumper looks ridiculous.

Even with the kit finished on the freshly painted 2g with the lambo doors, it still looks like a 10 year old eclipse with a body kit on it. It just does.

The picture you posted on the supra tail conversion is the worst done conversion I've ever seen. You really think that looks better than stock? You really do? Does it looks rounded off to you like the rest of the car is? The tails aren't too close to each other? I mean come on. Aftermarket mods are supposed to look better and not worse. That car looks ridiculous.

Its so funny how the saying "To each his own" never seems to make any sense to some people. The man brought up a subject about body styling a 2g... I said it! How could he! lol He didnt start this thread so people could reply in disgust. If you dont like it the back button works Im assuming and all you have to do is find a thread you do like. Why waste time replying to something you hate with a passion. It only projects negativity throughout and thus starts a FORUM WAR!!!!! lol Either way he realized it wasnt worth it in the end so case closed people.

Are you aware that you're posting on a forum for dsmtuners.com? Why be a member of the site if you oppose of the idea and intentions of it in the first place?
