What ever happened to Racing Hart?

I don't really support the knockoff brands like SportMaxx, etc... But the original's like the Dunlops, Watanabe, Blitz, BBS, Racing Hart, Advan, Works, are cool. I just don't know if they would work on a DSM. I guess they could look good on a 1g, but it might be hard.

What ever happened to Racing Hart? I remember they used to be HUGE, which is why i still want their rims, these to be exact

Yeah, Racing Hart's old product line was tities. I still have my original Z5000's. I fell in love with them the moment I laid eyes on them, and bought mine shortly after.

With all the various wheel manufacturers around now, it's tough to stick out in the crowd. And it looks like many of Racing Harts newer wheels are targeting RWD cars that can take advantage of staggered sizing. That's probably a large part of the reason that they are much less common/popular in the DSM world.

My very first set of aftermarket wheels in 1997 was a set of 17x8 Racing Hart Tracer Type C's. My 2G was brand new with about 2,000 miles at the time, and rocked out those wheels until 2004. I ended up selling them for $1000 with bald Nitto tires. I loved them, but don't regret on the change. Rock yours out for as long as you can. The original sets are timeless.

Everyone has their own style for rims but one of these would be my choice.

I think of those as a Honda wheel.
I do like the Sprint Hart CPR's. If I ever decide to get new wheels, I would probably get the Prodrive GC-010G wheels. They are forged by Rays Engineering, are super strong, well engineered and light weight. So I would not be giving up anything by getting rid of my RE30's.

Wheelsnext.com; wheelmax.com; and ebay.

This is going to sounds totally ###, but I fell in love with the CX's when I seen them on NFS: Most Wanted. I immediately started looking for them for my own ride... now I just gotta get the funds (and somebody to buy my old 18's).

Yeah, the C5's were mad sic back in the days, heh, still nice today. I do want the CXs tho but cant seem to find any good online rim shops, any suggestions?

I have the 2 piece CR's on my car, I bought them right before the CX's were released. I love the CX's, they are a sick looking wheel. I just noticed that the CR's and the CX's were both discontinued, that sucks. IMO, they were the 2 nicest racing hart wheels ever made.

Thats weird, i went to the Wheelsnext site, entered my car info, and it said the CX rims wont fit our cars?

Hmmm.. i swear that when I was looking into them last year I found ones that fit. Regardless, I already know there's no way I can afford RacingHart's... I'm gunning for the Axis knockoff's (Crux). You can get them for about $250/wheel without rubber.

Racing Hart is def still around. i am sponsored by them and have the Racing Hart R7Pros from them and love the way they look. I am going to be putting them on the Evo when I get it. Here they are.
