I have a gauge cluster that came with may talon stock. Its goes to 140MPH with a tick mark after for 145MPH. I also have one that is the other way that came out of a FWD laser. This one is the one that goes to 145MPH but no more tick marks. Is there any other difference that im not seeing? The mileage is about the same on both of them so thats not a issue. I was just thinking about swapping to the 145MPH gauges. Will it just slide in and work?

What is everybodys opinion? 140MPH with 145 tick or 145MPH with no tick?

so far as i can tell the only cars that came w/ the 145 guages were 90 models. so if you have a 91+ car you will need to use your current tach. i have a 90 model w/ the 140 guages, i had to swap my tach into this cluster to make everything work. just take apart you extra one and remove the tach and replace it w/ the one in your current cluster.
