stupid seatbelt latch...

My driver's side lap belt latch is stuck, I think a piece of plastic broke off and fell inside- now it refuses to accept the buckle. I can't figure out how to disassemble the thing, anybody else know?

Don't try to repair a seatbelt latch. They're kind of important. Replace it. Ask the dealer if there's any kind of Federal coverage on it as a part of the safety equipment.

I was hoping to at least be able to replace it myself, but I can't figure out how to get it off.

IIRC, There was a recall on the seatbelt latches. Call the dealer and check if yours was done

Sure enough, dealer is fixing it for free.
