Hey guys im looking to get some halo projector headlights for my car. I want the black housing with the white halo.97-99 I was looking at ebay and they look nice but i read some of the feedback and some people said theres fog up or water go into them stuff like that. And also the bottom of the halo is really bright and the top is dim. I dont want that i want a nice bright halo all around. Anyone have any suggestion where to buy some? Please let me know. Thanks guys!!
