Questions about paionting valve color

I was just wondering, I am getting ready to paint my valve cover, Im im thinkingabout getting some of the chameleon spray paint, and it says it is good up to 900 degrees, and I just need to know if the valve cover will get hotter than that, im doubting it, but just need to know if that is enough, or if I should just get some of the high-temp paint...

900 is good if your getin hotter your paint is not the only problem

so true. make sure you prep the cover right though.

sand > primer > spray

also, get a new valve cover gasket too
