i have a rather bad leak in my stock exhaust where the downpipe meets the flex pipe so i wanted to know what was out there in the 2-3in range for my 1.8...i dont want to have the exhaust custom made but i will if i have to. does anyone make a full system for the 1.8. it does not matter to me weather it has a cat or not. thanks

Brian

any 1G FWD cat-back exhaust will work, but you don't want anything bigger than 2.5"
sounds like you need a new downpipe, and I think your choices are either custom made or find a stock one in better condition.

also, the way the muffler exits at the rear is different between 90-91 and 92-94.

I would suggest getting a pacesetter exhaust and welding on your stock muffler. A New stock exhaust will be more expensive. (Trust me, I reaserched it for a while, that is the best option.)
