I'm new to the 420a turbo world so forgive my newb questions. But i was conserned about the line on the valve cover after i turbo'd. there are two air lines that pull off the stock intake on the valve cover looking at it from the front there is one on the right and one on the left. the one on the right i put one of the little filters on because the hahn turbo intercooler piping doesnt have a spot for the hose. But there is still the one on the left hand side that attaches to the intake manifold. Is it ok to have pressurized air in the valve cover there or should i cap it. am i lossing boost because it is leaking out the right filter or is this causeing more boost lag because the valve cover is filling with pressure as well.

Thanks for any help

I cant really picture what you mean, if your talking about the one on the right (the opposite side of the oil cap) that gets a breather filter put on it, are you sure the other one doesnt go to a blow off valve or something? a picture would be very helpful.

That is your PCV valve. Some people have blocked it I think. Are you loosing boost somewhere or are you just asking IF that thing is loosing boost? I wouldn't mess with it.

Nope it's cool. It won't cause lag. If you want you can run it to a catchcan with a breather filter on it and then you can plug the hole on the mani.
