2G-specific Corbin's injector bungs broke on me =(

I was trying to install bigger injectors last night, and was preparing to mount the fuel rail back onto the lower plenum, when 1 of the injector bungs slid right into the manifold!
This was Corbin's actual setup so I guess the JBwelds did not quite bite the outside like I had hoped. He told me I couldn't weld the bungs because they were too thin.

I have extra bungs I ordered, becuase I was going to build his system, but I am not familiar w/ anyone that welds aluminum over here. Plus, hahn is having a nice sale on their portfueler mounting setup, 1/2 off, so I just ordered their mounting kit.

To anyone that has had an 8-injector set-up, this shouldn't be a problem right? I mean it is just a hardware issue.

Right. As long as the injectors are secure, and they have a solid source of fuel, it shouldn't matter how they're mounted.

i also have the port fueler setup and have liked it so far, we will see what can be done with it though as i hope for low 11s to high 10s in the up coming months now that my new motor is in and can boost over 16psi now.

i have had it for about one year now and have now decided to put my race motor in and try for big times, it has the 500cc secondaries, there is a thread on my car and video, the car went 12.4 @109 with a completely stock motor from head to block and made 308whp and 305ftlbs at 16psi daily on 100oct rebel pump gas.
