ok i have a 97 talon and i did a 5 speed swap with a 95 eclipse. i have changed the wiring harness and the ecu with the swap when i did everything the car started a few times with a high idle then i thought that i ran out of gas and i put more gas in the car and i lost spark and fuel i have checked all the grounds and fuses. i have been over this whole car 30 times i am lost now the car has been to the shop and everything and NO one can figure out why i lost spark and fuel if someone can help it would be a life saver i have too much money in the car and i have had it since i was 16 so someone please help me out thank you

When you say you lost fuel are you implying fuel is not coming up through the lines anymore? I'm guessing you checked your coil pack and made sure the plug is pushed in completely. The high idle could be due to your throttle cable adjusting plate. Explain this no fuel and spark situation... You are sure there is NO fuel and NO spark?
 
yea there is absouluty no fuel or spark the fuel pump is not even clicking on i have no power to either units
 
yes the car started a few times then all of a sudden it stoped starting it cranks over but wont fire which means theres no spark and i checked for spark and i got nothing and i checked fuel and i got nothing the pumps not even clicking on theres no power to the pump or coil pack
 
Or you can check the ASD relay. You should see a couple of relays on the firewall near the clutch master cylinder. Shift all of them over to the left and take the relay on the far left and put it on the right side. Try to start it. If it doesn't start, try it again. Basically all you are trying with this method is to check and see if you have one or more bad relays.
