You're not really wrong either. Because, the wh1c will fit into a bep hx35 housing. And, a wh1e will fit into a bep hx40 housing. The turbines are the same. And for many, the differences between the compressors are negledgable.
But for those who want the most
from their hx35 after spending the money and time will get the newer compressor design. And those wanting to push the hx40/h1e turbine will certainly look for more compressor than what the wh1e provides.
