Hello all, can anyone help. I have a 93 laser turbo FWD, all stock except rebuilt engine (balance shafts removed). After I got my engine rebuilt I went through two fuel pumps and now I am on my third one. When the weather is warm or hot out side my car takes forever to start. I found out that my fuel pump has no power going to it when I am cranking the car over and fuel pressure slowly goes up then eventually starts. When i turn the car off the pressure in the fuel system drops immediately (is that normal?). On cold days it seems to start great. I have changed the fuel filter and checked for obvious leaks etc. Any suggestions?

One other thing is since I got my balance shafts removed at 3650 +/- 100 RPM my car has a crazy vibration and it gets noticeably louder, I was wondering if anyone has had this before? Thanks in advance.
