whining turbo

    Resolved My turbo is not spooling past 3 psi

    I just replaced my manifold for an FP cast version and after I put everything on my turbo is now whining like a supercharger and isn’t building anything past 3 psi.I’ve checked for leaks and cracks, compressor wheel spins freely without play. Please help. You must be registered to see element.
