  2. 1G No power to Starter Relay

    1991 Talon TSi awd 5spd. Car sat for 10yrs, new fuel pump, repaired ecu, new MPI relay, fuel pump rewire. I'm not getting power to the starter relay. With key on it shows 0 volts at all 4 prongs. I also cant get the fuel pump to prime. ( works directly wired) If i turn the key to start...
