ecu eprom 14b help

  1. General ECU ...is it an EPROM?

    hi guys got a DSM about a month ago.....did some maintenance on it now upgrading it....i am looking at getting a 14b from my salvage yard i want to add a 190 fuel pump with rewire and push like 15lbs of boost on the 14b...i have no way to tune i took a pic of my ecu cover and inside....can you...
