*1G head, 1G intake manifold, 1G block.*

Hey guys I didn't take the head off the block my local shop did. I'm now done with the rebuild and engine/trans is back in the car. I am now looking into a bucket of parts the shop left me with and I figured out where everything goes except this bracket. I looked in my mitsu service manual and couldn't find it, any ideas?

The three bolts with the two hooks are the fuel rail bolts, the two hooks are the outter bolts and the bare one goes in the middle (they hold the throttle cable in place)

As for that other one, i'm stumped, remindsme of the bracket for the stock radio but from the scale of it by the bolts i know that NOT what it is. It looks likesomething that probably came off the intake manifold but to be honest, i'm not sure at all on that one..the three bolts i am 100% certain on though

The other one is the engine lift bracket for a 2G (2Gb, I might add). It bolts to the head/intake manifold just in front of the throttle body.

Ahh.. thanks, I haven't had any 2g engine parts in my bay for so long i've forgot what a lot of them look like LOL
 
Thanks for the quick help Glen and Brian. It's got a few 2G parts since it was in a 2G bay.

Can I use a 2G lift bracket (the one by exhaust heat shield) with an Evo3 manifold? It didn't originally come with that bracket so I'd like to get the factory lift points back in. My setup is 1G head, Evo3 manifold, 2G motor mount
 
I have no reason to believe it won't, considering that is a bolt-on manifold for these cars. At the same time, I haven't personally done it.
 
NO problem, as for the lifting points that's somethign i'm unsure of with the EVO manifold, but what i can suggest and it is what i do is to just bolt the brackets on where ever you want them to lift the engine properly and then remove them once the engine is back in the car.. I have some simple pieces of 1/8th inch mild steel plate that i plasma cut a hole in for a chain and drilled a smaller hole through to allow the fit of the standard8 x 1.25 bolt (typical 12mm head bolt) and i put them on where ever is best for that particular time and my mood LOL then i remove them for a clean look when the engine is in
 
Well considering I didn't even use the bracket I HAD I think I'll just do away with that idea. When I hoisted the engine/trans I used a chain on the two outermost M8 bolts on the intake side and a doubled up ratchet strap on the 2 inside exhaust manifold runners. Leveled out perfect and got it mounted in the bay in about 30 mins. I got the idea from another thread

Thanks again I think I'll ditch my bracket idea for a cleaner look. Probably keep the bolts though -I'm sure the fuel rail needs them haha!
