Where can you get a cast T3 manifold for $200? Point me in that direction, please. Bonus points if the wastegate flange isn't off one runner..

eBay t3 manifolds are no good. I say go check out dsmgraveyard.com

Is that punishment racing budget manifold just a ebay one or is it any better. Has any one tried rebracing a ebay mani to see if it lasts longer. Like run struts from the head flange to the t3 flange to take some of the weight off the pipe

It looks exactly like the CX Racing manifold on ebay so you be the judge... The treadstone style manifolds will not work with a stock holset housing without a spacer. The exhaust housing will hit the block.

ERL is the only way to go IMO other then the $700+ tubular manifolds. The fitment is great, it's lightweight and very well made. Well worth the $500 they cost.

I know this sounds different, jbut has anyone tried bracing the ebay style manifoldds like with ss struts going from head flange to turbo flange to support some of the weight of the turbo

LOL why would you check out DSMgraveyard? Did they just start fabricating manifolds? If you want quality spend a couple bucks on the ERL or a punishment racing.

I modified a tubular carbon steel (not ss less prone to cracking) T3 exhaust manifold. I also had it reinforced in common stress areas and used 1/2 T3 flange for additional support. I will post some pictures. PM me if you want to know more.

Isn't steel chemical make up pretty much all carbon??? SO what is the difference between carbon steel and steel?

Edit just googled it and it seem like it is the most uncontrolled alloy of steel they make. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_steel

SS mainfolds, when they made with the proper thickness and weld quality, are the best.

you could build your own if you can find someone with a welder. I built on for a 420a out of sch40 and its still holding up really nice the guy how bought isnt running that big of a turbo but it was like 200 with material
