I have a 420a auto.
Recently its been randomly dying on me.
It dyed on me today but this time only crank no start.
A guy gave me a jump and it started back up
Any suggestions/help?

Are you using terminals like this?

Have you inspected where the grounds connect to chassis? Battery - firewall and battery - starter bolt.
How about your pos terminal on the starter - clean and tight?
How about the smaller ground from the firewall to the intake manifold - is it intact?

To me it sounds like you have thermal expansion of an electrical connection somewhere causing it to lose connection, hence the intermittent nature of the issue.

UPDATE. Took my alternator to get it tested and apparently its a bad alternator so i bought a new one.

Good thing you mentioned about the grounds. My grounds look green is that good?
If not where can i buy new grounds for my starter. Intake manifold.

Yes my battery terminals are 1 year new aswell as my battery

Good job diagnosing the alternator.
Green grounds are bad. That's corrosion and corrosion = electrical resistance. Disconnect them and clean up all surfaces really good with a wire brush. Wear safety glasses because that corrosion will inevitably end up in your eyes.
I mentioned those terminals because they are known to be troublesome and cause issues similar to yours.
