My name is Mike from MS and I just recently purchased my first DSM about 2 months ago. I had been searching for a new car since my transmission had went out on my 2004 Dodge Stratus Sedan, and I ran across an add for a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS OZ Rally Package and went to check out the car and instantly fell in love with it! The guy selling it was wanting $4,000 for it but I managed to talk him down to $3,200. I bought it with 107K miles on it. Everything on the car is stock except for the headlights and taillights, which are the Halos. The first project I'm gonna have to tackle on it is to replace the valve cover gasket as it is wet with oil in several spots. Not a very hard task, but finding the time to do it will be the hardest part as I am in college. After that I plan on putting on a new exhaust system since the old one is rusty and worn. Luckily I was able to find a car that had a brand new complete aftermarket exhaust system on it in a junkyard one town over. The car has only been sitting there for about a week so the parts are in great condition (and getting all of it for $80 bucks is one heck of a deal). :rocks:

P.S. The car is need of a washing in these pics.

Welcome, new guy here myself with my first DSM. Not sure if you know about them, but in your last pic you have the amber bulb on the corner. In my last car I took out the orange lens and it was a white bulb underneath. While shopping for an amber bulb to put in, I came across bulbs that appeared chrome, but when they lit up they are amber. It really cleaned up the headlight area tons! Just a suggestion if your looking for a cheap(er) mod. I think they were like $8 on eBay. I bought a 99 GST 5 days ago and have only gotten to drive it once before I garaged it because of the snow, but I hope you enjoy yours as much as I did the one day I have drove mine!
