Been playing forza 2 for a few days now at my buddys and it is definitely GOOD. Got a black 98 tsi awd just like my car in real life :)

yeah i love forza 2 but i like that NFS is trying to be more true to tuners and covering all the bases... like actually putting in specific events for drift, drag, etc. I seriously think this might kill anything else on the market as far as race sims. If it is indeed more reality based, it will reign supreme.

As for forza... i have a completely blacked out TSI awd with about 400 hp in it and also a Red GSX that kinda resembles my car back when i first got my racing hearts on it that has about 340 hp.

Both of these games look sick. Do you think Forza 2 is worth buying a 360? This looks like it could be the game that makes me buy a damn 360.

As always though, Super Mario Cart for nintendo still has my heart. Nothing will ever be better then that damn game.

Supposedly NFS PS is going to cover the last 40 years of cars, split into categories of hot rods, exotics, import tuners etc.
Plenty of cars for everyone, and availabe for PS3 or 360.

I hate their uses of the word "street". King of the street, street racing...it just sounds so lame and ricey..especially if the races take place on courses. I'm willing to bet that this game will not be anymore simulation than NFSU 2 in terms of tuning.

First set of cars on the list are released:

Finally....kudos to EA. Cant wait for this one.

Need for Speed put one of our cars in their booth at Formula D and the guys running the booth worked for EA and filled us in on the game. It's going to be very fun but you cannot compare it to GT or Forza which are real sims.

You can watch the Demo and see that it's the typical cartoony scenery and game engine.

Yeah, hopefully in this one you can actually do something to it when you earn it. I spent days earning the 2g in NFS:C, only to find that you couldn't do jack $hit to it, and you could only drive it in arcade. That really pissed me off. Thats how like half of the cars were in that game.
