I have a 60 trim with a 1.15 ar hot side...the motor in my car is a 2.4 fully built, is this to big?

Yup. We can max out a 60-trim in a .82 T3 housing or smaller depending on what turbine wheel you're using....you'll be giving up a bunch of spool to gain zero airflow.
Find the turbine spec, buy a smaller housing to fit it.
