When i put the waste gate actuater on the turbo i had to hit the nipple of the actuater and extend the arm to get it to reach the Wg flapper. So now i am boosting 10-20-30lbs of boost because the WG will not open enough.
I have extended the arm as much as possible.

My question is. can i get a longer sleeve to screw on to the end of the arm so it will reach the flapper.

This is on a Ebay 16g

Please any input helps

Couldent i just cut the arm off and weld on a stick of metal in between the thread and the weld.

And does anybody fabricate these?

Lengthening the rod would just remove the pre-load.

If you think of the rod like a T with the top of the T in the canister of the actuator, with the amount of pre-load you have the top of the T is bottomed out on the bottom of the canister so it does not have enough room left to open the flapper enough.

Hopefully that makes sense as to why lengthening the rod will not work/defeat the pre-load
