Turbonetics manifold and Turbonetics 38mm WG

If anybody is running this kit (if you want to call it that) how's the clearance in your bay? i have mine mounted and bolted down but the WG is rubbing against the stock radiator. My only other option is to pull the extension portion off the manifold but then i don't think it will clear my hood. This is for my 2g.

Anybody experience this and found a work around?

I have the manifold with a tial waste gate on a 1g and I had to cut the hood brace to get it to shut
