where can i get a 14b turbo cartridge?

My compressor wheels is messed up, and the turbo spools very slowly. i have ported 2g ex. manifold, ported hotside, and 3" downpipe with full 2.5" exhaust and im not getting full boost till past 3k rpm's.

so, i called the mitsu dealer and they want $970 for the 14b cartridge (which includes bearing section and the turbine and compressor wheels). does anyone know of a place where i can get a 14b cartidge?
