I did some researching but did not find exactly an answer to my question. I have set out my goal and know what i want. I am looking to make between 300-320 hp. My car is a daily driver as well. I decided to get me an evo3 16g with evo3 exh mani and evo3 o2. I am unsure wether a 190 fuel pump should be suffice along with a set of 550s for my goal ? Any help would be appreciated. I do not plan to switch turbos in the future for those who might sugest getting bigger injectors for future upgrades. Thanks again.

What will you be using for tuning? If you were running DSMLink & even if you never upgrade I'd still recommend 650's just to get the IDC down abit. Now in the real world 550's should be enough to support those goals but when pushed the evoIII can max those out. With that goal & the 550's your IDC will be getting up there, thats why I'd go 650's to be on the safe side but on the other hand if you are using a piggyback system, such as the SAFC, tuning the 650's may be abit harder as the extra fuel you have to remove will give you more timing advance, with can sometimes cause issues.

Oh i see. Well for the 550's i planned to use an apexi neo which i have a friend who knows how to tune good with these. But if i go 650 i will go dsmlink. And also forgot to mention i will not be boosting more than 20 psi.

Well, I have almost the same setup as you.

Evo3 16g, Evo3 manifold, tubular o2 housing, 2.5" buschur turbo back, 255 walbro HP, and an aeromotive FPR, and an AFC NEO.

They told me it was a conservative tune, I know it's running a little rich cause I get a little black smoke out of the back when I get on it sometimes. They also told me that the 255 HP pump was overkill for my setup.

but with that I made 250 AWHP.

so with injectors/ FMIC it shouldn't be too hard to get to 300AWHP.

Hitting 320 crank horsepower is going to be tricky at 20psi.
Admittedly I've got a pretty poor tune right now since I am an amateur at best and using an oem sidemount, but at 24psi I recently only threw down 231whp on a dynodynamics (roughly 310-320 crank horsepower). Again that was with a poor tune; my AFR was at 10.5 after 5k.

In any case, GL with your efforts. I know I am having a good time with my project; I expect you will too.

EDIT :Mods are in the profile, but I'm on PTE 550s, 190 no re-wire, and AFC-neo. With my shoddy tuning, I'm at -35% from 5k+
