Guys with Greddy Valves

The fluttering sound that they make, is this compressor surge or something the valve does under low boost.

Ive had a hard time discerning between the two, the adjustment is pretty soft already so i'm just trying to make sure everything is cool

I have no problem with compressor surge. My type-s never has done it before. It usually happens on larger turbo applications, but its definetly possible. The sound youre hearing is the air being thrown back into the fins of the turbo. If this is a problem for you, try to get to the point where it doesnt "flutter" at all. Like I said I havent had a problem.
