Yes. My local machine shop and I are on a first name basis with all the turbine housing bolts they've had to remove. Depending on how badly stuck, they may just retap the hole, or need to helicoil it. Either way, much better than you trying to do this yourself with one of those crappy Sears EZ Outs that break in the bolt causing much more grief :mad:

BTW.. I'd recommend separating the exhaust housing (remove the band clamp) as less chance of something happening to your CHRA :dsm:
