Tial bov install help

I just finished installing my maf-t setup with tial bov and dejon i/c piping. I am still on my t-25 for now and was running about 15-16psi on it. And when in vac at -20. I installed the parts and now idle at -17 -18 vac and only boost to 11psi. My main problem is that at idle the bov is open till i start to give it gas it closes then reopens again. When i bought it i was told that it had the 9lb spring. I didnt have a chance tonight to take it apart to see if thats really whats in there but is it cause i have the wrong spring in the bov for my setup or something else? It started to get dark so i couldnt really mess around to much more but hopefully tommorow i can check more stuff out but im looking for some opinions. Im pretty sure its just the wrong spring in there but i wanan make sure it isnt something i havent realized.

Can anyone help me out? Im bout to go out and look at it somemore but im sure everything is installed rite

The spring pressure is for how much vacuum you pull so when you let off the gas the BOV can open, so if you are on stock cams, say 18in/HG, then you'd want the 11psi spring most likely. If you are running large cams and pulling less vacuum then you'd want the 9lbs or even 7lbs spring. If your BOV is open at idle then you would hear air being sucked in through the BOV. If it is open at idle then you have major problems because that BOV is about the simplest, best BOV on the market today. Operator error is apparent in this situation.

Yes it is open at idle and you can hear the air. I just dont understand why. All i did was take my old rre i/c pipes and greddy bov off and put in the dejon with maf and tial on. I was busy today and never got to mess with it. Does any one have any idea what i should check for or do to fix this? Im on stock cams and have hks 264/272's going in soon but im trying to figure this out first.

Problem solved, it ended up having a 7lb spring in there when it was supposed to have a 9. I went and bought an 11 and its all good.
I have to go drive it and make sure everything is good but at least the bov is closed at idle.
