I am looking for some pics of a stock 2g manifold with a tial 35mm gate on it...just trying to get an idea of how some of you all mounted them. Thanks! :dsm:

I've always seen them on the #1 runner, I know thats where I have both of mine. Although I wonder how one on #1 and one on #4, with a huge turbo would work out LOL.
 
ok well my next question is about which flange to buy. Do I weld the threaded (inlet) or the thru (discharge) flange on my manifold? BTW I am getting the wastegate with a flange on it from a friend so i just need to purchase the correct flange to weld on my manifold. thanks!

It would work fine. A WG dumps the excess ehaust gasses to attaint desired boost. Doesn't play too much of a role where its mounted, as long as it can flow enough.


And the Tial 38mm replaced the 35mm so pics of the 38's will do as well.
