ok, so my car's been down for over a month because i'm putting in lots of performance parts. The only chance i get to work on it is the weekends because of school. So finally i come home this weekend to put my turbo in....my last thing before i can finally start up my baby. All goes well and everything is on and fits.....until!...........when i got to hook up my oil return line, THE HOLES ARE IN DIFFERENT SPOTS THAN MY STOCK TURBO. i have the gasket, but the holes that go from the oil return line to the turbo are in different spots. So i was all excited to put it on and startt it up, but no! do i need to order a 1g oil return line? i'm not sure what to do. Like i said, the bolt holes are closer on the new evo III 16g than the t25 oil return holes. What shall i do?

Easy fix on this one. Get either a dremmel with a grinding attachment or get a file out and just file the bolt holes closer together. Everyone does it when they upgrade it is easy to do. Just keep making the holes bigger until you can screw them in. takes alittle time but better than buying a pipe for no reason.

No need to get pissed because of your lack of research. As stated, get a dremel or a round file and make them fit. It is a normal thing to do on a 14b or 16g install on a 2g.
