Well I tightened the waste gate arm like SBR said to.
Killed all my boost leaks and tested.

Ran the waste gate straight off the bov line to test internal presure, still only getting about 12-13 psi at wot :notgood:

SBR said static pressure was 15psi WTF

So anyone know where I cant find my missing boost ?

I'm at a lose, please help

Update: Turned my boost controller ( Turbo Xs SBC) all the way up untill the screw is about to fall out, I'm up to 15-16 Psi now WTF

MAybe my Controller can't handle the flow of this 50 trim?

When adjusting the W/G actuator I disconnect it first from the arm, and with the flapper fully closed, adjust the W/G arm hole just past the flapper attachment point then reattach. This gives a bit of preload to the W/G which ensures proper sealing.

In any case this is a generic internal wastegate, so I'd be suprised if base spring pressure = base boost pressure in all applications.

OK heres the skinny

Turbo Xs SBC = base model MBC not capable of running anything big like a 50 trim, so says Turbo Xs OMG best for Honduhs and things that don't require high boost ROFL

Nice of the company that sold it to me to have some knowledge about the products they carry, when I asked them about this in the 1st place :notgood:

So, I had to BUY ANOTHER MBC, this time I got the Turbo Xs High performance model.
It is capable of running 30+ Psi.

Hope nobody else makes my mistake :thumb:
