can i put a 16g turbo on my stock 1g manifold

i just purchased a talon recently and i was wondering i am to up grade the turbo to a 16g if it will directly bolt on to a stock 1g manifold or if i will have to get a new turbo manifold like the evo manifold

Thats what they were designed for, the stock 1g manifold.

It will "bolt up", but it was hardly designed for it. The stock manifold is 6cm and the 16G inlet is 7cm. It'll work fine, but to maximize flow through that area, it would be a good idea to at least port match the manifold to the 7cm gasket.
