Need thicker Head gasket

whats up. I need a thicker head gasket and was wondering if there are diffrent kinds out there and which would be better for me. If you could give me the price range of the gasket too. Working on my car and gettin the last few things that i need so i can put my motor back in. Taking me a while but learning a crap ton! Thank you for everyones help.

I have the turbo 420a ( dont know if u need that info.)

For a gasket that serious id go w/ factory suprisingly there not that expensive....

That would be a great suggestion, except that he has a 420a, not a 4g63. Pretty sure Mitsubishi doesn't make gaskets for chrysler engines.

How much would that 4 layer gasket cost me? And where could i pick one up at? Yeah im wanting something to lower my compression down some more. Thanks for the help.

Like someone allready mentioned, Cometic Gasket has very nice MLS head gaskets.
They actually have some very thick one available too. And I believe they do custom thicknesses. Give them a call for more info: 440-354-0777

So wait, you are taking the motor to the machine shop and you want to lower the compression with a head gasket.

If you are going to be using different pistons, then just have them orderd with the compression ratio you want.
