S-AFC II settings for 650cc injectors

We are going to need a bit more info than that to determine what good settings for your car might be.

650's are about 25% larger then your stock 450's. start your correction value at -20/25% across the board.

I installed the 650ccs yesterday, and messed around with it. Right now I'm using some settings by Roadrace Engineering to get started. THey are for a 16G with 550cc. I leaned it so it rides good, but it starts like crap so I feel I need to leaned out low settings some more unless I'm wrong. If you haven't check my car out here is the run down:
Apex'i N1 3" downpipe and N1 3" exhaust no cat converter
HRC Super 20G turbo at 18-19psi
Dejon Tool Front mount intercooler
650cc injectors
K&N air filter
Dejon Tool intake pipe
GReddy Type S BOV
Iridium spark plugs
255 Hi fuel pump
Super AFC

I will probably dyno the car on friday. Thanks.:thumb:

You will have to lower your correction value in the 1K range to get the car to idle properly. an adjustable fuel pressure reg is a good idea also, to aid against over run.

Agreed, get an AFPR (if you dont already have one). If you have a high flow pump like a Walbro 255lph, then your stock FPR will be over run on your low fuel table. Once you get an AFPR, lower the fuel press. back to stock, level your low/mid/high fuel trims to around 100% (+/- 5 to 10%) and start from there.

My fuel pressure was at 50psi with the 450cc after installing the 255lph pump. With the 650cc, is now at 45-48psi after setting the SAFC. I will start looking for the AFPR. Thanks guys.:D

If you are going to tune right, you need a datalogger. The dyno will work for WOT, but not for idle and cruise.

IIRC teh 660's I have put out about 44% more fuel than teh stock 450's/
