Just wondering if anyone had any idea for baseline settings with the following mods:

RC550 injectors
16g turbo w/ 34mm flapper
ported manifold / wastegate
250 fuel pump rewired
other supporting mods ...

as of right now I have the stock injectors in there and I'm running around 17 psi and logging .90 all the way across for the O2 voltages. I plan on boosting around 20 - 22 psi with the new injectors. Any idea where to start before I doany fine tuning? Thanks.

DO NOT ####!NG GUESS. What works for your car will probably not work for yours, and we are talking about the health of your motor here. There is no reason to buy 550's if you cannot properly tune them.

I simply wanted a good starting point .... I'm not guessing after that I just figure it'll save me time to know about where to start and just fine tune from there.

I tried looking through the sticky but nobody is running the boost level I want to be running. It was mostly 16-17 psi which is what I'm doing right now already.

16 - 17 is sufficient on pump gas without Front Mount, I would not run 21 - 22psi without Front Mount, you will be knocking.

as long as its not loggin in lean why not? I have friends running 22-23 psi on the street ( can't use their settings cause they have t3/t4 )

im just talking from my experience.......i have similar mods and anything over 19psi i start to get knock........if you can run 22psi on pump gas then more power to you....even if your not running lean you still can get timing pull because of knock...anyways good luck.......

you can try 22psi on pump gas.....i cant do it but every car is different....it doesnt hurt to try.....i see your from illinois.....i live in chicago..where you from....
