2.4L hybrid running same boost as 4G63?

I have a 2nd gen running 18psi on an 18G, I got crankwalk, and am now thinking of getting a 2.4L motor from pro1motorsports. I was wondering if it's possible to run the same amount of boost as I did on my 4G63, or will I have to lower the boost, (i.e. would it be the same as turbocharging a 4G64, or would it be the same as running a 4G63 with simply more displacemtn). I'm not exactly a mechanic, so any insight would help.

WTF?

It's both a 4G63 with added displacement, and a boosted 4G64. I don't really understand the question you're asking.

You can run 18 psi on a 4G64 with an 18g, why wouldn't you be able to? You can also run 10 psi or 30 psi, like you could with a 63 (although not with an 18g).

The 4G64 internals are as strong as the 4G63 even though the motor was designed to be Naturally Aspirated?

That's exactly what I was asking, for example, I know if you run 18psi on an unbuilt turbocharged RS motor, you're just asking for trouble. Basically, my question was as he put it, are the internals as strong since it was built to be N/A.

its a built 4g64 block, the pistons, rods, etc. are aftermarket to handle the boost.
