Ignition Timing Control tuning questions

I have an Apex ITC set to 0 on all RPMs. Anyone know how to tune this or whats the rule of thumb? Any suggestions so I dont blow my motor up? Thanks

You don't really need it. The best way to use it is to turn the timing up and use you logger to make sure the ECU isn't pulling it.remember to get timing you need fuel. On out cars the ECU works fine to give the timing on it's own w/o a piggyback computer. My suggestion...don't use it w/o being on the dyno.

Later,
