tunning guide/ book

i was wondering if anyone offers a tunning guide. i was reading up on most of the post on here and everyone has dif mods so i know its hard to give answers. i just need a general idea of things . tunning isnt the easyest thing ive done and dont want to mess up my engine after all the work ive done to it. any help would be appericated.

I went and looked through your link, and somebody mentioned that somebody has fuel maps. Do you have the fuel maps for a 1G. I would like to see if I need to go to bigger injectors to get more timing.

No, I do not have fuel maps. I have had trouble trying to find them.

However: how will they tell you if you need bigger injectors to get more timing? That is pretty easy to answer. If you aren't getting as much timin as you want, and you're not knocking, then you need to decrease the airflow signal to the ECU. Fix some boost leaks, lean it out if you can, and/or buy bigger injectors. I don't see how a fuel map will really help you.
