My biss screw is broken off into the tb. No leaks or anything. But my ISC position fluctuates between 39-60, it doesn't really change as it idles, just sits at different numbers after cruises. I can get my idle rock solid without having the ISC in line. I just want to know if it can affect fuel trims or anything while cruising and WOT.
Also, will airflow per rev being off at idle affect trims and driving as well?

If you have any extra/less electrical load or a load on the AC, your isc number will change. This is normal. I wouldnt put too much worry in it, as long as you can dial in your idle good and when you turn the AC on it doesnt sputter and die. My BISS works fine and i could never get it to ISC 30. Possibly cams in my case. I got it down to around 45 or so and my idle setting pretty good at 1krpm and im happy with idle/cruise/WOT.

Ok thanks for that? What cams are you running? I have fp3's and they don't lope. Of I adjust my SD table to like 75-80 at idle it lopes some but runs like 10-11 afrs. Any idea what's up with that?

Sorry for the grammatical errors... Stupid phone.

Have you tried getting the broken biss out? As stated above, its not a huge deal, as your in the ball park of where your supposed to be. I have comp 101200's (supposably the same cam as fp2's) and my isc is at 30 along with airflow/rev at 25-26.

Yeah, the funny thing is I got it out and put the new one in and it immediately broke half of the head off, but I'm still getting the same readings on link that I got with the other biss in. Like I said before I can get the idle where I want with tweaking I just don't know if its gonna give me a lot of problems while getting my cruise tune down.

I cant get my airflow down to .25 without doubling my deadtimes. Has no effect in my book to be honest. I just set it at .32. But my Crower 272s have some lope to them. The machinist may have degreed them that way for some reason. I have never put a wheel on them or checked ### it runs so damn good!

As far as your SD questions, maybe craig or someone with sd experience can help. I will be making the switch next year but im still bustin my 2g maf up to 3200hz so im happy LOL.
