Currently I have an safc2. I believe its the stock ecu on a 92. All thats done are 550ccs 16g believe an aftermarket fuel pump. Nothing major just want it running nice. Was going to get a datalogger and wideband, just unsure if this will keep my car running safely and if this is ok for a 300hp goal daily driven 3 days a week etc. Everyonr says go dsmlink, but I dont run the car like I stole it or track it.

You dont have to beat on your car to run link, im near stock and thats gonna be my next step. Link has many more options on tuning your vehicle. I havent tuned myself yet but have seen a very close friend of mine tune his 95gsx and it looks pretty straightforward if you get the basic comprehension of how these vehicles work alread in my opinion. If your on a budget keep your safc if your not worried about cash get link.

the SAFC will be fine for what your doing... but no matter what you go with your going to need a wideband.
